Hi cardinal steve

We have a Pyamid Tuscany Awning for our Caravan (Sterling Moonstone) and have used it frequently, we found it easy to erect and made of good quality materials, we are hoping to buy an Awning annexe for it later next month at the Caravan & Outdoors show in London.

Our Tuscany Awning ( purchased from AJM Shopping) had the tiedown kit clips ready sown in and fitted? all we had to buy was the strap kit etc (£10.00) but we have never had a problem with it what was the problem you have been having??

well the mine has the bit sown in but when I put the clip in it was too small

We bought our Tuscany awning to fit our Elddis Storm, took a chance because of the price and we are highly delighted with it. Easy to erect and looks good too.

We have Tuscany awning, and the bedroom annexe that goes with it.  We had a problem with our pyramid tie down kit - it kept coming undone far too easily, and flapped in the wind.  I e-mailed pyramid and a replacement buckle (slightly diffierent size) was posted out to me straight away.  Not used the awning since, but apart from that, the awning itself seems very good value for money.
