Hi, vicci. Welcome to a great pastime. We could not imagine any other form of holiday for relaxation. There is only one downside to caravanning, and that's when the holiday ends and you have to go back home.
Thanks for all the fab advice and tips! Will def be using those!
Unfortunately though the car we were planning on towing with was written off today!(By someone else driving into the car!) - Poor shogun is now broken so have to buy a new car and get towbar fitted to the other Laguna estate for the time being! OOOOOPPPPPSSS!!!
Hoping to travel lots of places - live in Lancs near accrington just trying to sort out storage and things too. Hoping to travel all around uk and then alps for summer too!
THanks again for making me feel so welcome!
We also have the provance model and thing it is the bees knees although we are new to caravaning this year we have had folding camper and tent before so if you want to know anythink about the van just ask and hopefully will be able to help you.
Just one thing about your laguna i had a hatchback and the tow limit was 1300kg set by manufacturer so check your one before fitting towbar. If you dont have the diesel model then it will be against the law to tow your van hope this helps
You will learn a lot both on UKCS and when your away in the caravan. We mentioned to a person in a motorhome that we only had 1 mug between the 2 of us and 10 mins later he returned with a spare mug for us 2 borrow until our last day.
Going away in the winter is great, only one thing, remember to take your gloves for when you need to fill the water etc in the cold weather.Inside you will be cosy though.Let us know where you are thinking of going.
