Comag are the same make as the portable sets that Lidl sell complete with cables, sat box case etc for around £69.00. Remember that you will need to add VAT to the Makro price.
As to quality, they are fine for what you are paying, but you will need to buy a tripod.
We have used a Multimo for the past ten years, which we bought from RoadPro. http://www.roadpro.co.uk/retail/product_search.aspx?mode=quick&search=SATELLITE%20DISH
More expensive, but it has stood up to the rigours really well. We use our regular Sky Box with it, but did buy a Lidl sat box for £20.00 as a back up, which is super.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I have used a Lidl £70 set for the last year or so. I don't use a tripod (a bit of a blot on the landscape if you ask me )....I just use the clamp supplied and fix it to an old plastic step that is then pegged down.
As long as you have a clear line of sight to the SSE they will work really well. It takes me usually only a couple of minutes to get the signal, but the first time it did take ages and was a bit of a faff. The smaller the dish the less critical is the alignment.
Trees, tall grass and dogs walking past will block the signal, but if we have a choice of decent pitches I will choose one with clear aspect.
The channels you get are all that are "free to air" but (if I remember this right, unlike Freeview, channel 4 and 5 are not available as they are scrambled, as are the "free" sky channels etc.
All in all I would recommend them highly.
