Has anyone bought a caravan from knowepark caravans, we have placed an order with them and we are getting really bad service, unreturned phonecalls, no information, broken promises, we are now getting really concerned that we will have major problems after we complete the deal if their is anything wrong with the caravan.
HI, Welcome to uk caravans and camping, first of all where are you ? and where are knowepark caravans?, no doubt there will be someone in your area on here to advise you, Bye for now,Bob

hi luka just got our new van frome knowepark seem to be ok so far not had any trouble but was ripped off on part exchange hope you have better luck if exchanging
I pass Knowepark every day on my way to school, they are just 10 miles from my front door ..... however I choose to go all the way to Perthshire Caravans at Errol north of Perth to buy my vans despite the fact that Knowepark deal in the same vans! Read into that what you will.
If you are looking for a reputable dealer in the central belt look at Duncans at Waterloo near Wishaw, if they supplied Abbey vans we would buy from 'em!

Did Knowepark not get "Dealer of the Year" last year from one of the caravan mags? I haven't bought a van from them so can't comment tho'. They repaired our van table after someone (me actually) dropped a tin of beans on it, ok service and reasonable too. Hope you get an improvement, go somewhere else if not. Not many dealers in Scotland tho', that's maybe the trouble.
We bought our new Abbey Vogue from Knowepark, not had any trouble so far so can't comment on their aftersales but buying our new van was plain sailing even though we wanted some extras and a fabric change (they went out of their way to get us some pics of the (at that time)unrealeased fabric).
Out of interest what make/model have you ordered ?
Luka, Its a lottery. I have had my van serviced at Knowepark after getting appalling service from Perthshire Caravans when my van needing body work repair. I got good service. Will admit they are hard to deal with when negotiating for a part exchange. Perthshire were better for that.
On the whole though I have not heard bad reports regarding their after sales service

Never done business with them, although have friends in the east who have dealt with them and were pretty happy with them.
However, some years ago I popped in one day to see if they had a Crusader demo, which they did, but I was astonished at the state of it! Besides being a demo, they were obviously also using it as a 'parts supplier', the amount of bits and pieces missing inside was incredible, and wasn't exactly impressive as a demo!!
We looked at vans there 9 years ago, but found them rather disinterested in us as customers and not very good on prices. In the end we bought a Sterling, which they do not stock, so purchased from Duncans.
I recently popped in there to look at the big Swifts and Bessacarrs and, although they were quite friendly and gave me the keys to look in the vans, I thought the state of the vans on display was poor.
