I picked my van up from the dealer today after having a few bits and pieces done, when I left the dealers the mover was working fine but once I arrived back to storage one of the rollers will only work one way (forward not reverse).

Any ideas anyone????

hi,first check the battery in the handset,it is common for these to go all at once.mine went this week after moving a master switch.a battery sorted it.

Check wiring on Motor (pull off rubber cover & back of motor) & main panel to make sure they've not been dislodged during the time it was in dealers
