Hey dave, when I ordered mine the lady on the phone told me I could pick them up at the ticket office and I must take ID and proof of address. Ring them up and ask them is that what you will have to do because you haven't received them in the post.

We drove all the way from Bury Lancs to the N.E.C., paid £7.00 to park, went to collect our free tickets and they had no trace of me on their data base of ever ringing up for them! Someone else turned up and said they had free tickets on behalf of UK Campsite and were given their's. (The lady on the phone who took my call asked for my name, address and telephone number.) They kept me and OH sweating for 15 minutes before they eventually gave me two free tickets. Can you imagine if they had refused and we drove 2 hrs there and two hrs back plus £7.00 parking for nothing? It was a worry. This has put me off picking up free tickets at the box office in future. Still, all worked out in the end and had a good enjoyable day courtesy UKCAMPSITE. Thanks lads!

J Waite, I think we were in front of you when you were collecting (or trying to anyway) your tickets.  We had also sweated for a few minutes as our tickets had been allocated for saturday rather than sunday!  I think NEC box office need to get their act together.  Glad you enjoyed the show in the end.  Was nice to (nearly) meet another UKCS member...it is a fab site!!

Yes I was! I remember seeing you! I noticed you were having a problem about the Saturday/Sunday thing. I wonder if anyone else had problems picking up their tickets?

I had mine posted but we were picking up some with a friend - we were told Hall 5 but as we came in the main way it was Hall 2 that we were by, hall 5 was by the fishing show! They were at hall 2 - maybe thats what happened with yours?? who knows!!
