Hiya,

We are happy to be back in the van :) We have an awning with a partition wall.  I can work out the velcro to the ceiling poles bit, but one side has a runner like the bit you thread onto the caravan the other has a padded side that has ties... Please help!!! What attaches to what??

Thanks for your speed of reply.  do you think i should attach a pole from the top middle ceiling pole to the ground close to the van? How would i attach it to the awning itself do you think?

I have been thinking....... in between the front awning windows is also a long length of the stuff that threads  onto the caravan is there an implement that joins both these pieces together like a zip??

Yes, there could be.  You can get plastic profile strips, slightly flexible, that have a groove along each edge (for the beading to slide into).  They are quite often used to attach awning annexes.  The ones we used to have with our annex were about a metre long I guess and made from white plastic.
