Unfortunately my tickets still have not arrived in my inbox and I have even checked the spam folder and still no tickets. I even checked my ukcampsite account details to ensure my email address was correct.

I start travelling to the NEC tomorrow and really concerned that now I have missed out on the early booking discount and will have to pay full price at the door.

Really disappointed

Thanks Ratty, as a last resort I'll do that but I'd prefer to have them before I go. I wanted to go on Wednesday.

Also if I don't have the tickets before I get there, will I have to pay for parking separately? (As the ticket includes parking)

Really disappointed, I eventually found the press office, but the man there had no idea what I was talking about, he said he hadn’t been informed about this!!!!

I had to queue up with a long line and pay full price. There’s a saying, “if it sounds too good to be true, then it is “
