Following a hugely successful Show in February 2023 the annual Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show will once again pitch up at the NEC for six days of camping, glamping and motor-holiday inspiration from 13 - 18 February 2024. The UK’s one-stop-shop for all things adventure and exploration will span five halls of the National Exhibition Centre, featuring the latest and greatest the industry has to offer.

I don’t think they allow dogs into the NEC unless they’re disability dogs

Hiya, yes they are valid for any one day, and as per the shows website:

Are pets allowed at the Show?
Pets are not allowed in the NEC halls. However, assistance dogs are always welcome.

Wouldn’t it have been easier to email the tickets in a pdf download form instead of having to show the winner email and proof of ID at the media office ?

I don't make the rules I am afraid, it is how the show organisers wish to run their competition and for winners to claim their free tickets.
