I too eventually found the press office (quite a walk) but luckily the lady just handed me 2 passes. Really sorry to hear this. Hopefully Ratty can sort something out for you.

Sorry to hear this

The press office were aware of the winners, as others collected theirs with no problem and gained the entry to the show.

Hopefully you took a copy of the email and ID as advised on 14/10/2024 at 4:47pm, so you could have shown them the proof, which without it, I guess sadly they couldn't provide tickets as no proof of your win

I'll see if there is anything the show organisers can do to solve this for you.

Hiya,

They don't send physical tickets, nor do they email a code, you need to collect and as advised on 14/10/2024 at 4:47pm , you need to go to the press office with a copy of the winning email and some ID and they will provide you with your tickets.

Hiya, my apologies that the show organisers did not email the winners to advise how to collect the tickets from them, however once we were informed of this we advised on here on 14/10/2024 at 4:47pm to take ID and a copy of the email to the press office, hopefully you have done this to gain your free entry
