I have been thinking about you this week - hope to be able to get down either tomorrow or Tuesday to have a look around.  You must all be delighted and relieved that this ordeal is finally coming to an end.  The very best of luck to you all - it'll be brilliant!

Went over yesterday, a few teeething problems with electricity supply but they were very busy. Car park in front of store seems bigger and better laid out and still overflow parking over the road.

New premises big and bright with tents mainly on the first floor. Staff still friendly and helpful and picked up a few bargains. Look forward to the cafe re-opening, although not sure where it will be located.

I went over on Monday too.  They were certainly busy at about 3pm and I understand that they had been busier earlier on in the day.  Not fully up to stock yet, but it won't take them long now.  Official opening is weekend of May 14th.  It may be a brand new building, but as soon as you walked through the door, you knew it was Jacksons - it still had that feel and look about it.
