Nah, it is all one big joke and we just make it up  I just spend hours and hours every month arranging and setting up the competitions for a giggle
Of course people win them, just read the threads that are started when we launch a compettion, that shows you the winner of that competition.
e.g. read the post on there announcing the winner.
