The Camping and Caravanning Club and has launched its first television advert to encourage holidaymakers to create memorable moments by exploring the great outdoors with the Club.
The campaign was filmed at Keswick Club Site and features scenic views of mountains and lakes in one of the country’s most picturesque Lakeland locations.
The advert demonstrates how the Club has a holiday experience for everyone - whether viewers want to relax in the peace and quiet, experience outdoor adventures, enjoy al-fresco dining or just spend quality time with loved ones, whatever the weather.
Television presenter and first female Club President, Julia Bradbury, provided the voiceover for the inspirational advert and she said: “Camping and caravanning is a great way to explore the UK – it’s something I really enjoyed as a child and it created many memories that I will always treasure.
“I’m delighted to be able to support the Club with this project and I hope it inspires many viewers to join and pitch up with the Club this summer.”
The campaign will initially run from Monday, 3 February to Sunday, 23 February on ITV1 in the Central-East region, as well as nationally on ITV Player.
Robert Louden MBE, the Club’s Director General, added: “This is the first time we’ve launched a television advertising campaign and I hope it helps to continues to raise the profile of the camping and caravanning industry – and encourages viewers to explore our fantastic Club Site network and enjoy holidaying with us.”
