13th March to 6th April 2003 sees the return of the
nation's biggest and best home event, the Daily Mail Ideal Home Show 2003
in association with npower, the national home services provider.
Inspirational ideas, innovative designs, celebrity guests and spectacular
home and garden displays combine to bring scenes of interior heaven to
Earls Court, London. Experts from the world of interiors, gardening and
technology will be on hand to consult on the latest styles, trends and
colours that make the show a favourite with everyone.
Drawing inspiration from the changing scenes of British lifestyles over
the past fifty years the main feature of the 2003 show will be a
spectacular 16-metre high glass centrepiece taking the form of a
show-stopping, reflective time machine. The interior of the "Tower of
Time" boasts a series of five interactive, theatrical chambers created by
a host of celebrity designers, showcasing the best of British architecture
and design from the past, present and future offering a truly
inspirational view of British life.
Other attractions include the stunning Garden Collection, including the
charming Healing Garden, offering a haven of design ideas for all garden
lovers. Whether aspirations stem from rustic, rural retreats or the
clean-cut minimalism of water, there is something to suit every space.
Hundreds of different exhibitors offer a wealth of choice and variety in
all aspects of the home - from furniture, flooring and DIY to gardening,
housewares and the very latest in hi-tech gadgets - thousands of bargains
all under one roof!
The highly popular Concept Products Awards 2003 sponsored by MFI will
offer another exciting glimpse into the future of home life through brand
new domestic innovation and furniture design, created by students from
colleges all over the country.
