In excellent condition for its age as it iS well loved and maintained properly and carefully when putting up or putting away.
A foot print is always used to protect the ground sheet. It is a large tent and also has an extension available at an addition price. Far too big now for just one person.
Metal awning pegs will be provided instead of the original ones.
