Are you a hardworking, self-sufficient couple looking for a long-term opportunity in the holiday park industry? We are seeking a practical and proactive couple to assist with the day-to-day running of Colchester Country Park. This is a hands-on role, requiring a strong skill set across both maintenance and administration.
You will initially work under our Park Manager as part of a small team, learning the role and ensuring the park operates to the highest standards. For the right candidates, this position offers the potential to progress into Park Managers in the future.

✅ General Park Maintenance - Grass cutting, hedge trimming, road repairs, and landscaping.
✅ Cleaning & Upkeep - Ensuring communal areas, toilet blocks, and park facilities are maintained to a high standard.
✅ Repairs & Improvements - Painting, decorating, decking, woodwork, fencing, plumbing, and electrics.
✅ Office & Administration - Managing bookings, emails, payments, and park records.
✅ Guest Services - Assisting visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining high customer service standards.
✅ Problem-Solving & Practical Thinking - Quickly resolving any issues that arise on-site.
