This charming family-run park nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds offers breathtaking panoramic views of the picturesque Churn Valley. Conveniently located just a 10-mile drive from the M5, our park boasts a total of 105 camping pitches, a rally field,storage area, and residential park homes.
We are currently seeking an energetic, active, outgoing, and friendly couple to join our team as permanent park wardens. This is an immediate start position.
The role involves welcoming and checking in customers at the reception, handling telephone inquiries, and utilising basic computer skills to manage online bookings and email inquiries.
In addition to reception duties, the park wardens will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the toilet and shower blocks, laundry room, pot wash, Elsan facilities, and our reception area. They will also perform general DIY and maintenance tasks, including grass cutting using a ride-on mower, hand mower, strimmer, pruning, weed control, and refuse collection, ensuring the park remains in pristine condition. Basic plumbing and joinery skills would be advantageous.
The ideal candidates are energetic, active, friendly, honest, and outgoing individuals with excellent customer service skills. Previous caravan park experience is preferred but not mandatory. Flexibility and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team are essential qualities.
We require a minimum of 20 hours per week, with additional hours available during bank holidays and peak periods. In return for their commitment and hard work, the successful couple will receive a salary, a static caravan with all bills covered, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
