We are looking for a Holiday Park Warden male and female team who want to join a family-owned (and run) park in the Fylde Coast.

Who we are?
Ream Hills Lake Leisure Park is a Holiday Park offering a wide range of accommodation from Lakeside Lodges to Canadian Log Cabins & Geo Domes set in the Fylde coast countryside village of Weeton, just 5 miles from Blackpool. We offer hard standing and grass pitches for caravans, motorhomes, RVs. We pride ourselves on creating a family friendly, relaxing environment for our guests to enjoy and we will be continually striving to improve the infrastructure and facilities of the park.
What will our responsibilities be?
Welcoming guests, explaining the rules and helping them to understand how to pitch their accommodation. You are the first point of contact for guests and first impressions really do count. With your continued help throughout guests stays, they will leave with a great impression.
The role of a park warden is highly varied there will be a multitude of other jobs. Whilst some tasks will be allocated to you, we also want a couple who can think on their own initiative. This could be repairs to anything on the park, decorating, delivering gas bottles, reseeding grass pitches, the jobs will keep you busy, with never a dull moment.
You will both proudly perform a set of daily cleaning duties and keep the onsite facilities (toilet amenity blocks & shared facilities) that serve our touring caravan guests immaculately clean and also Cleaning the rentable campervan style ‘Lynx helicopter & our wooden Glamping Pods. The tasks in reception; Meeting and greeting all guests and siting tourer arrivals including out of hours check-in. Telephone duties taking bookings and guest enquiries; administrative/book-keeping, use of computer booking package including taking money and card payments.

Do I need any special qualifications or Experience?
Previous experience in a similar role is essential. One or both must hold a full UK driving licence and provide excellent references Experience in trade or DIY skills will be beneficial
Who will you report in to?
You will report into the Park Manager
What hours will I work?
Working 5 days per week off peak & 6 days per week in peak season, this including some evenings and weekends with rostered nights on call.
Salary dependent on applicants
Accommodation is provided on-site; A 2019 2 x bedroom Carnaby Stamford lodge (39ft x 13ft) with decking and private gated area. All household bills are included in the package.
The position is for a warden couple without dependents. A well-behaved dog is welcome. The positions are offered on a self-employed basis; the salary is attractive with free electricity & free Wi-Fi.
