Yeatheridge Farm Caravan Park is a rural, independent caravan park in the heart of the Devon countryside. We are based on a working farm and have been a caravan park for over 50 years. We take great pride in giving great customer service and the personal touch that isnt found on a commercial site.
For the 2025 season we are looking for a couple or two co living individuals to join our existing team to help with the running of the caravan park. It is a varied role so flexibility is key, but will include such tasks as working on the reception desk, serving in the bar and shop, helping serve food in the kitchen, grounds maintenance and landscaping, housekeeping and cleaning, moving and siting touring caravans and much more. One of the positions would be reception based so previous experience using a computer is essential. The second position is based outside on the park. We can tailor the role to fit the applicants previous experience but there must be a willingness to put your hand to new tasks as training will be given.
The position would start the last week of February and run through to the middle of October. It is approximately a 40 hour working week over 5 days, increasing to 6 during the school holidays and includes working weekends and bank holidays. Days off would be 2 consecutive days midweek and your days off would be taken together. Accommodation can be provided in the way of a Free static caravan or there is a pitch for your own unit. We will happily consider applicants with pets, but they must be happy to be left on their own whilst you are working. We cannot have children or dependants living onsite, but family and friends are welcome to visit.
The pay is £12.00 per hour with a 50p per hour bonus on completion of the contract in October. All accrued holiday pay is paid at this point at the end of the contract.
