We are currently recruiting for a Assistant Park Manager Couple - This is a joint role for two people to join our team at Loch Lomond Holiday Park which is situated at Inveruglus on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.

It is important that you can manage and motivate your team, by working together you can achieve exceptional customer service. Previous work experience in maintenance and housekeeping would be an advantage but full training would be given. Clean driving licence is required.
You will need to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach and be willing to take on new tasks and challenges - rolling these out to the rest of the team. This role would suite an organised and adaptable person/s who can think on their feet and who enjoys developing the team around them.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in the effective day to day running of the holiday park and all of its facilities.
To ensure that customers always receive excellent customer service.
Inspecting accommodation and public areas cleaned by the Accommodation Service Team to ensure that the Company standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation are met and maintained and assist the team when necessary.
To promote and manage the effective implementation of the current Health & Safety Policy and associated documents.
Operating the holiday park office, dealing with all queries as required.
To be on-call, out of hours and deal with call outs as required on a rotational basis
Undertake external duties including checking and cleaning of hot tubs, hedge cutting, grass strimming, litter picking, and bin emptying and other general park tidiness duties as required.

33 days paid holiday per year
The role is full-time and permanent, this involves working weekends and bank holidays and being part of the on-call team. Accommodation is available. Company benefits.
