We are a family run, 5 Pennant Platinum Award Park, on the stunning north coast of Cornwall - between Newquay and St Ives. Our onsite Bar/Restaurant, The Shaft Inn, is an up-and-coming establishment, providing a high quality service.
We are looking for an experienced 2nd Chef who is reliable and trustworthy to work alongisde our Head Chef (and to cover on his days off) in our modern kitchen. Duties to include preparing and cooking dishes, stock taking, food ordering, cleaning down equipment etc. A high standard of hygiene and cleanliness as well as the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
