We have an exciting opportunity at Quarry Walk Park for an experienced and committed couple to join our team as Assistant Park Managers. This is a permanent, full time role on a busy holiday park in the Staffordshire Moorlands with accommodation included. Reporting to the Park Owners you will be accountable for the efficiency of the park operation, coaching, supporting and motivating our team and providing a high level of customer service to our guests. The park has grown significantly over the past few years and we are looking for candidates who can support and offer input into its further development. One or both of the candidates must have strong maintenance skills, to include general maintenance on our accommodation, hot tubs, grounds and plant/vehicles. The second position can either be in maintenance and grounds or within our reception and admin team. Both positions require a self motivated work ethic, hands on approach, experience on implementing and carrying out health & safety procedures and proven successful management experience within a similar environment. We have been a family owned business for the last 20 years, last year we won Holiday Park of the Year in the Staffordshire Tourism Award and we received highly commended in the Midlands Family Business Awards for small family business and the peoples choice category. The park is 46 acres of beautiful woodland attracting families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway in self catering accommodation. It is a great place to escape everyday life or as a base for further adventures. The Park is currently comprised of 44 hot tub log cabins and lodges with a high occupancy all year round, 21 glamping pods and a CL site.
