Callander Woods Holiday Park (FK17 8LE) have a great opportunity for a Park Coordinator to join our team. This role is permanent, hours are between 35-45 hours per week working 9am-6pm in the summer and 9am-5pm in winter. Working 5 days out of 7. Due to the nature of the business, weekend work is required. Driver`s License is essential due to the location of the park. *Check your commute time prior to applying.
This role is perfect if you are looking to showcase your skills set in customer front facing role or step up from a senior supervisor to a mangers role.
Requirements of the Park Coordinator:
An excellent understanding and minimum 2 years experience of customer service
Evidence of strong leadership and communications skills
Passionate and Driven
High attention to detail, with the desire to achieve outstanding guest experience
Taking pride, ownership and accountability for your park and job role
Be proactive and able to work on own initiative
A high standard of IT skills and Health and safety knowledge
Previous sales experience would be beneficial but not essential.
