We are a family run, 5 Pennant Platinum Award Park, on the stunning north coast of Cornwall. The Shaft Inn is an up-and-coming establishment within the local area of Redruth, providing a high quality service. We are looking for a Bar/Restaurant Manager to join our friendly, professional team to support our expanding bar and restaurant. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service in a relaxed environment.
We require a reliable, trustworthy person with a willingness to adapt to changing needs - sometimes at short notice! An absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, along with a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all our guests is essential. The role of Bar and Restaurant Manager will include meeting and greeting customers, ensuring a smooth running of Brunch and Dinner service, stock ordering, budget management, organising and running functions/events, liaising with the Chef and guests. You will also be working in partnership with our marketing company, ensuring the social media and website is up to date. As a role model you will be expected to keep staff training up to date and assist with staff rotas.
