Callander Holiday Park (FK17 8LE, Stirlingshire) seeks Holiday Park Coordinator.
Please Note: This position does not offer live in. PERMENANT ROLE, and is part of the management team. Please only apply if you have management experience.
Contract - Permanent Hours - 30 - 40 per week (with seasonal variations), 5 days out of 7. Reduced hours in Winter.

CALLANDER Holiday Park are looking for an enthusiastic HOLIDAY PARK COORDINATOR who enjoys providing excellent customer service and preferably with previous experience of working in the holiday park or tourism industry to join their successful team. The position will suit someone who has management experience in a similar role and is prepared to be flexible when dealing with all manner of situations.
Due to the nature of the business weekend work is required.
This role is perfect if you are looking to showcase your skills set in hospitality management or step up from a senior supervisor to a mangers role.
REQUIREMENTS:
An excellent understanding and minimum 2 years experience of the hospitality industry
Evidence of strong leadership and communications skills
Passionate and Driven
High attention to detail, with the desire to achieve outstanding guest experience
Taking pride, ownership and accountability for your park and job role
Be proactive and able to work on own initiative
A high standard of IT skills and Health and safety knowledge
Previous sales experience would be beneficial but not essential, a driving licence is essential.
You will also have a general responsibility for all day to day aspects of the holiday park, working closely with the Area Manager, Head office and your team to ensure the Park maintains its high standards.
