Campsite Wardens
We have an exciting opportunity for a Campsite Warden Couple to join our team at a picturesque waterfront country park. This is a family-run business, and we are seeking individuals who are passionate about the outdoors and providing excellent guest services. This would suite a retired couple however we are welcoming individual applicants who would be interested in the position.
Role Overview:
As Warden Couple, your responsibilities will include:
General maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, small repairs on caravans.
Ensuring the site is kept clean and well-maintained
Helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests
Working on our booking system and telephone work.
Cleaning the shower and toilet blocks daily.

Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is desirable
- Ability to work well as a team and independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- A proactive and organised approach to tasks- - Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the campsite facilities
- Provide information on local attractions and amenities to campers
- Handle any guest queries or issues promptly and professionally
This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about living on-site and running the park to its full potential. We are also open to considering individual applicants.
