PARK DESCRIPTION:
We are an established family run business celebrating our 25th year. Located at the gateway to the North Yorkshire Moors and 30 minutes from the idyllic coastal towns of Whitby and Robins Hood Bay with two restaurant pubs conveniently located within walking distance.
A family friendly holiday park with a touring area, seasonal customers, holiday home residents, and holiday home hire.

Package includes;

-Main season (1st March - 1st Nov) and winter hours (2nd Nov - 2nd Jan)
Main season - 5 day working week (incl weekends & bank holidays) with 2 shared days off
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The desired couple must have prior warden experience and love the varied warden lifestyle.
An enthusiastic, professional working ethic, able to think on your feet and work proactively with a sense of humour. Both roles will clean facilities alongside the other staff to a high standard and take pride in the results and positive feedback from customers. On-call duties will also be shared with the other wardens.

ROLE 1: Reception/ Housekeeping: 5 days/35 hrs per week (Main season)
Some highlighted responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Computer literate to a good standard to manage all aspects of reception (Training will be provided) GemaPark experience beneficial.
- A great customer service manner and manage any customer grievances in a diplomatic and fair manner
- Take pride in the cleanliness and appearance of the park
- Welcoming guests on check-in, responding to emails, calls and returning messages
- Managing our small onsite shop during office hours including day-to day-orders.
- Resident assistance, new customer & sales support, health & safety logs
- Have a keen interest in gardening and assist with upkeep
- Maintaining supplier and partner relationships as the point of contact

ROLE 2: Maintenance and groundworks: 5 days/35 hrs per week (Main season)
- A competent ground maintenance worker is essential, a handy man with a ‘can do attitude` to fix problems in a proactive way
- Grass cutting (ride on experience), strimming, weeding, general gardening and planting
- Repairs around site where basic plumbing, joinery skills etc are required
- General site improvements and refuse management
- This role also shares cleaning duties with other staff and must be completed to a high standard
- Computer literate and customer facing is preferred to provide assistance during busy times
