We are looking for an individual or couple to join our team as our seasonal Bar Manager on our busy holiday park. This can be a shared role if required, with the option of additional hours dependant on the needs of the business. We can offer one person a minimum of 30 hours off peak (March, April, May, September, October) whilst during peak this would be more hours.
This is a seasonal role that commences before Easter and ends the first week of November. The role may suit someone looking to work during the summer months, taking time off in the winter months to travel.
Key Responsibilities
• All beverage ordering
• Overseeing & checking all deliveries
• Stock rotation
• Cellar management
• Health & safety
• Staff training & motivation
• Staff Recruitment - including maintaining rotas
• Opening & Closing
• Reconciliation of banking including cashing up
Experience Required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good product knowledge
• The ability to manage staff and payroll
• Line cleaning and cellar maintenance
• Working with computerised till systems
In return we can offer an hourly rate above minimum wage and would supply a touring pitch for your own caravan/motorhome with electric and water included, Gas can be purchased at trade price. You can accrue up to 28 days leave pro-rata, paid to you in your last months pay.
