We`re on the hunt for a dynamic, personable couple to take on the position of site wardens at our thriving camping and glamping site nestled in the stunning Yorkshire Dales, within walking distance of Bolton Abbey. If the thought of embracing a life in the countryside while working in a vibrant hospitality business excites you, this could be the perfect job for you!
We need a couple who can:
• Work together as a powerhouse team
• Keep our guests smiling with top-notch customer service
• Stay proactive and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Be hard working, practical and resourceful
• Be team players who are committed to working both fairly and efficiently. Collaboration is key in this role, and we need individuals who can work well with others, contribute positively, and help us deliver great results
• Always be striving to go above and beyond
Your experience in people management, hospitality, and customer service is key, but having maintenance and computer skills is also essential.
🌟What You`ll Be Doing🌟
No two days are the same in this role! You`ll be doing a little bit of everything—from taking bookings and checking in guests to fixing a leaky pipe or helping the team feed our alpacas. You will find yourself cleaning the toilet and shower blocks one day and handling customer queries the next. If you`re up for a role that keeps you on your toes and you love variety, this is the perfect fit for you!
