South Lytchett Manor are looking for two persons to join their hardworking team in the beautiful coastal town of Poole, Dorset during the 2025 season running from April until the end of September.
The applicants should be enthusiastic, presentable and punctual, with particularly good customer service skills and positive attitude.
The roles are varied and can change on a daily basis so you will need to have a flexible approach to your duties and hours of work depending on the occupancy demands throughout the season. We are a very busy park and work hard to ensure we deliver a five star customer experience consistently, with everyone pitching in as needed. While we work hard, we have great team spirit and a laugh is never too far away!
One person will be computer literate, self-motivated, well-organised with great customer service skills working within our Reception, Shop, Bakery, serving Barista Coffee and carrying out Cleaning duties.
The second team member will be working within the grounds with duties including but not limited too, mowing, strimming, tractor/commercial mowers (Driving Licence essential) cleaning duties, and supporting the team in the Reception, Shop, Bakery and Cafe.
Previous office, reception or grounds work experience is desirable but not essential. Experience is preferential but not always required as full training is given including training courses where appropriate. We are looking for the right couple with a positive, friendly and can do attitude, who must have the ability to multi-task and thrive in busy environments.
Uniform and PPE will be included with the job role on the park.
Our peak times are weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
Working hours will be 35-40 hours per week in low season over 5 days, and 44-48 hours per week in high season over a 6 day week. The position will be a combination of morning, daytime and evening work depending on the time of season.

A complimentary touring pitch with awning space, EHU and laundry facilities.
We will be flexible to provide a pitch before April and/or after September for the right candidates.
