We are looking for an active, enthusiastic, honest and reliable couple to join us for the 2025 season. Starting mid-February, you will need to have a good level of fitness and able to work on your own initiative in assisting the team to prepare the park for opening on the 28th February.

The warden`s duties will include greeting and pitching guests, park maintenance including grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, daily & weekly safety check, cleaning of the amenities block and general repairs as needed. Basic computer skills are required, and training will be provided for our on-line booking system, Prophet. Driving licence and towing experience are a must as you will be required to move caravans in and out of storage to site on pitches.

The position is a lifestyle choice and not 9 to 5 so you must be willing to go the extra mile to help and assist our customers and the rest of the team. You will be required to work a 6-day week including weekends and bank holidays. The roles change throughout the season with longer working days in school holidays and shorter days at other times depending on weather and occupancy. You will be working closely with your partner so do consider how that will impact on your relationship! Please be advised, no holidays can be taken during peak periods.

The accommodation provided for your use is 2 bedroomed purpose-built home with attached reception. This is a seasonal position, and the touring closing date is mid-November.

Westbrook Farm is a quiet family run park situated near Burnham on Sea, in the Somerset countryside. We have a mix of seasonal and touring pitches, as well as camping facilities. There is a large Cassoa registered storage compound on site available for touring caravans and motorhomes.

Please note, at this time we cannot accept solo applicants or families with children. Dogs are welcome but need to be happy to be left alone.
