Who are we looking for?

Ream Hills Lake Leisure Park is a Holiday Park offering a wide range of accommodation from Lakeside Lodges to Canadian Log Cabins & Geodesic Domes set in the Fylde coast countryside village of Weeton, just 5 miles from Blackpool. We offer hard standing and grass pitches for caravans, motorhomes, RVs. We pride ourselves on creating a family friendly, relaxing environment for our guests to enjoy and we will be continually striving to improve the infrastructure and facilities of the park.

What will your responsibilities be?

Welcoming guests, explaining the rules, and helping them to understand how to pitch their accommodation. You are the first point of contact for guests and first impressions really do count. With your continued help throughout guests stays, they will leave with a great impression.

You will proudly perform a set of daily cleaning duties and keep the onsite facilities (toilet amenity blocks & shared facilities) that serve our touring caravan guests immaculately clean and cleaning the rentable campervan style ‘Lynx helicopter & our wooden Glamping Pods. You will also assist our outsourced cleaning company with linen and checking the quality of their cleans on a busy turnaround day. The tasks in reception; Meeting and greeting all guests and siting tourer arrivals including out of hours check-in. Telephone duties taking bookings and guest enquiries; administrative/book-keeping, use of computer booking package including taking money and card payments.

Is this for me?

If you enjoy working within the leisure industry and have a good work ethic. We are a very busy park and require someone who is capable of being on their feet for most of the hours listed below. We are very proud to say many of our team members have been with us for a number of years.

Do I need any special qualifications or Experience?

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. One or both must hold a full UK driving licence and provide excellent references. Experience in cleaning and admin tasks is a bonus.

Who will you report in to?

You will report to our head of reception and housekeeping

What hours will I work?

Working the following days and hours (these are required days and times):

Monday 9am - 5pm

Tuesday: 10am - 2pm

Wednesday: 10am - 2pm

Friday 9am - 5pm

Saturday 9am - 5pm

Flexibility for covering holidays by working an extra day or staying later on a Monday or Friday is a bonus (but not a requirement)

Salary: £12.50 per hourAsk for: Katie Lewin
