This job share opportunity requires our wardens/hosts to take responsibility for our park for at least 3 months over our quiet winter season (mid Sept/Oct - Easter). This primarily includes of course booking and siteing visitors and maintenance of our centrally heated amenity block, maybe some grass cutting and park maintenance. . It is important however to note that we are not in a extremely busy tourist area and are rarely very busy in the winter. Despite the fact that we (I hope) have high standards it is not a "high pressure" job and best suited to those looking for a winter base or some form of active semi retirement. It follows therefore that there are many days when the time commitment is low so you will have time to enjoy the area. The park is owned and managed by the Rees family but we all have other commitments, we live on site and are always on site most evenings and week ends. We are open all year and we are looking for a couple to cover the 2022/23 winter season. There is also the option of continuing with us into the Summer 2023 to assist our longer term summer wardens. You are welcome to visit us if you would like to see the park etc. If you enter "Erwlon Camping" in Google you will find us listed on a number of sites and some e.g. www.ukcampsites.co.uk include reviews of the park which will give you a good idea of what Erwlon is like. As you will see from these reviews we have had brilliant wardens over recent years and we hope to make new friends for 2022/23. If all goes well you will have the option to stay with us for the next few winter and/or summer seasons.
