I placed my order , what now?

Once you have placed your order , and completed the online payment you will receive an email from us confirming your purchase. Your order will then be processed and shortly afterwards despatched. What is your returns policy?

We offer a full money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred) if the item is returned unused, in their original packaging, accompanied with the receipt / invoice within 14 days. OR if by a remote chance the item is delivered incomplete or damaged, we will replace it by courier at our own expense
