Description
Pitches: 3 beautiful fields
Opening Dates next year: 27/05/2025 to 10/09/2025
Boathouse Farm has been a family run traditional mixed organic farm for over 40 years. The farm is surrounded by beautiful country trails and the stunning South Downs.
We started to offer camping in 2008 and word quickly spread that camping on our farm is the best kept secret in Sussex.
Follow the directions through the farm to our spacious camping fields. Choose where to pitch your tent on fields alongside or close to the beautiful River Ouse.
Try some wild river swimming, fishing, or paddle boarding. Or kick back, do nothing and just enjoy the tranquillity of the river and surrounding countryside.
A short walk along a footpath is the Anchor Inn renown for their delicious food and beautiful outdoor or indoor eating/drinking areas. Breakfast rolls and coffees available every day for campers. There you can hire a rowing boat to complete a gorgeous summers day.
Also, within walking distance is the Isfield village pub The Laughing Fish and the Isfield Farm shop.
We realise that camping would not be the same without a campfire, so why not bring your own or hire one of our fire pits. Then snuggle up with a blanket and toast some marshmallows.
We provide flushing toilets, hot showers and washing up facilities.
The major unique point of camping at Boathouse Farm is the space- space for children of all ages and you will not find yourself camping on top of your neighbour.
Please read the T & Cs to ensure that all campers have an enjoyable time whilst staying at Boathouse Farm Campsite. Please see website booking for prices. Under 5s are free.
