Ty Newydd, Church Bay Cottages, Camping & Caravan is situated in the beautiful Church Bay. Sea Views and picturesque scenery complete this stunning area of outstanding natural beauty.
We have 10 large and 9 small pitches, all with electric hook ups which are situated around the perimeter of our field, and space for 4 tents without electric hook up in the centre of the field
Free WiFi onsite.
2 Showers (Mixed) Our showers are now coin operated and accept 20p and £1 coins. Running at 20p per minute.
2 toilets with basins (Mixed) with hot & cold water.
Pot Wash facilities (cold water).
Communal Fridge & Freezer available for essentials.
Chemical & Grey waste point.
Drinking water tap.
Cold wash for dogs, wetsuits, muddy boots etc.
Bay Bites food van open seasonally.
Kayak & Paddle board hire onsite.
Standard Pitch £25 per night
Large Pitch £30 per night
*Size restrictions do apply on our pitches so check the website or drop us an email if youre unsure.
Electricity payable on departure as per usage. Charged at 40p per unit. During peak times a 30% deposit is required & the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date.
Prices are based on a 2 adults & 2 children.
Additional persons charged at £8 per adult & £5 per child. Under 3s Free.
Our website will provide all the maximum pitching allowance for each pitch. Make sure you read these before booking to ensure you will fit on the pitch. Some have length restrictions and others have width restrictions.
ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE VIA OUR WEBSITE - We do not take telephone or email bookings.

We have certain site rules :
No noise between 11pm and 7am.
NO CAMPFIRES anywhere on the site.
All BBQ`s must be raised off the ground. Breeze blocks are available for use onsite.
Bookings can not be accepted from under 18`s.
Check in 1pm and before 8pm.
Departure Midday.
Dogs are welcome but they MUST BE ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES ONSITE & Any mess to be cleaned up IMMEDIATELY.
We DO NOT accept group bookings.

Nearby Attractions
We have 3 self catering holiday cottages onsite. More information on these are available on our website or Facebook page.
Seafood restaurant just opposite the site with an excellent reputation. A beautiful cafe 2 minutes walk by the beach for fabulous tea and cakes, and a pub 10 minutes walk away. Plus our very own Bay Bites van onsite open in the summer holidays for full cooked breakfasts, lunches, ice creams and much more. Open weekend evenings from May to early Sept.
There are 5 Golf Courses on the island making our site an ideal location for a golfing break.
The site is ideally located for walking on the Anglesey Coastal Path.

Ty Newydd, Church Bay Cottages is situated just before The Lobster Pot restaurant, on the left hand side. 2 minutes from Church Bay Beach.
Exit the A55 at Junction 3, Signposted Valley (Not RAF Valley). At the traffic lights in Valley turn right, continue on the A5025 for exactly 6 miles, passing through the village of Llanfachraeth and turn left ½ mile past the Black Lion Pub following the sign for Church Bay / Porth Swtan. Continue on this road for 3 miles, then turn left, signposted Porth Swtan & Beach. We are the first property on the left just before The Lobster Pot Restaurant.
