Welcome to the 4-star Chateau du Gandspette campsite, our Nord Pas-de-Calais campsite offers you an exceptional natural setting in the countryside , dominated by its 19th century castle. The campsite is ideally located in Hauts-de-France , ten minutes north of Saint-Omer , town of art and history, and it has 199 pitches spread over eleven hectares of wooded parkland .
For one night or for a longer stay, come and make the most of this exceptional setting in this 11 hectares park.
Spacious landscaped pitches are designed for caravans, tents or motorhomes, with sizes from 100 m² to 150 m² with 10 Amps electricity.
The site also offers hard-standing pitches and a service-point for motorhomes.
The campsite is fitted with disabled facilities (toilets, shower and sink), a baby area
The two outdoor pools are available for use from mid-May to mid-September.
The heated pool covers 75m². There is a second pool of 180m².
Sun loungers are available, free of charge, around the pool for you to relax and enjoy the atmosphere whilst others can enjoy the waters.
To make your stay enjoyable, le Chateau du Gandspette offers, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, a Restaurant where you can enjoy grilled meats and local specialties like the Carbonnade Flamande or the Potjevleesch.
A Snack / Pizzeria / Friterie is also available to eat on site or to take away.
A television is set up at the Bar where matches or important events are broadcasted.
A laundry, equipped with washing-machines and tumble driers is also available for your comfort, payable.
The Chateau du Gandspette is the ideal starting point for visiting the Hauts-de-France region , for one night, a weekend or a longer stay. Many services and leisure activities will ensure your stay the comfort of a 4-star campsite in the Pas-de-Calais with its water park and two swimming pools , one of which is heated. Owner Directions
The site is situated not far from St Omer just off the Dunkerque D300/D600 road and is signed from a roundabout.
From the A26 leave at junction 2 or 3 and follow signs to Dunkerque or from Calais use A16 and then follow St Omer signs.
Alternatively from the D943 heading south from Nordausques turn left onto D221 and follow signs for site and Eperlecques Blockhaus.
