Camping on the shores of Lochbroom in Ullapool, on the north coast 500, looking out to the Summer Isles, north west Highlands of Scotland.
We are proud to offer one of the most outstanding beauty spots on the Highland coast. Extending over 12 acres of level grass overlooking the Summer Isles and Lochbroom, the importance and quality of the site was recognised in recent years when the park itself was made a conservation area to protect the land and views for future generations.
We have facilities to meet all camping requirements. Throughout the site we have a number of facility blocks as well as power hookups for touring caravans. We also have a play area for children.
Every year we cater for campers from all areas, be they back packers, bikes, caravans, camper vans and full touring clubs. The site and facilities have been designed to meet all needs our guests may have.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes, gift shops, post office, bus stop, leisure centre and swimming pool are all within 5 mins walk of the site entrance.
Whether visitors wish to stay within Ullapool or tour the region surrounding us, Broomfield offers a welcoming and pleasant site from which to appreciate the marvels of the Highlands.
Nearby Attractions
Inverewe Tropical Gardens, Lael Forest Walk, Lael Forest Garden, Knockan Nature Trail, Falls of Measach, Summer Isles by boat, Eden Court Theatre 55 miles.
There is also a 9 hole links golf course less than 5 mins drive from the site.
The locality of the fishing fleet provides some excellent seafood and we have a supermarket, butchers, deli and chemist nearby. There there are many craft shops and galleries offering locally produced jewellery and clothes.
