Welcome to Parkland, an adults only premier, AA five gold star site located near Kingsbridge in the heart of the South Devon National Landscape, an area of outstanding natural beauty with panoramic views over Salcombe and the rolling countryside towards Dartmoor.
Parkland is open all year and is set over three acres of level well maintained mature, colourful landscaped grounds, surrounded by natural hedgerows abundant with wildlife & fauna. Grass and hard standing (gravel) super pitches are available, all with FREE electric hook-ups, water and drainage. The site offers you all the amenities you require for your comfort on a modern camping or touring holiday. Luxury individual washrooms with WC, basin & large showers (some with baths) with underfloor heating. There is also a fully fitted disabled wet room. Hot water is free, even in the dishwashing areas. The onsite laundry room is equipped with the latest energy saving machines (metered) and complimentary dishwashers. Free WIFI is also available.
The site also offers Deluxe pitches (extra large with grass and gravel) and your own private washroom facilities (wc, basin and shower), plus a utility room which is shared with just three pitches with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave and kettle.
Glamping options are also available from a basic pod, a cosy cabin or shepherds with private facilities and a luxury self catering bungalow.
Rallies and Groups are welcome by prior arrangement. Storage facilities also available.
SEASONAL PITCHES AVAILABLE Your own pitch is a super pitch, which has a hard base for you to park your caravan & awning, and each pitch comes fully serviced with mains electric, water and drainage. So all you have to do is park it and forget about everything else, unless the gas runs out!
The onsite licensed shop offers fresh local produce, every day essentials and camping supplies, all competitively priced. Orders taken for welcome hampers, fresh bread and local meats.

Parkland is Tourist signed from the A381,which is the best approach from the Devon Expressway A38.From Totnes take the A381 for Kingsbridge follow the main road for twelve miles until you arrive at Stumpy Post Cross at this roundabout follow the signs to the right (Parkland sign) for another mile where you come to Sorley Green Cross, go straight across at the junction and Parkland is 100 yards on the left hand side.Parkland is located one mile north of Kingsbridge on the A381.Large easy access. If towing please be careful if you are using a SAT NAV.
