Plas Gwyn Caravan & Camping Park is a peaceful, family run, caravan and camp site set within the grounds of Plas Gwyn House.
Situated near Llanrug (mid-way between Llanberis and Caernarfon) the park boasts outstanding views over Caernarfon, Anglesey and Snowdonia.
Plas Gwyn caters for touring caravans, motor homes and tents. Plas Gwyn also offers five static holiday caravans, timber tents and Bed & Breakfast, all available for short breaks or weekly hire.
The Park has its own private drive off the A4086. A regular bus service can be caught from the end of the drive giving excellent access to Caernarfon, Bangor and Llanberis.
It is a great base to discover the many attractions that North Wales has to offer.

The golden sands of the Lleyn Peninsula and Anglesey beaches offer lovely sandy family fun.
Sailing, surfing, kite surfing, kayaking and canoeing, white water rafting are all on offer in the area.
With Snowdonia nearby. Walkers, climbers and ramblers will find themselves right at home.
For family days out try the Greenwood Centre, Gypsy Wood, Anglesey Sea Zoo, Hootons Home Grown, Caernarfon Airport.
Mountain biking opportunities around the area.
Llanberis is the home of the National Slate Museum.
Sea fishing and lake fishing is available in the area.
Close by is the Snowdon Mountain Railway and Llanberis Lake Railway.

Set back from the A4086 just to the west of Llanrug village with private drive we are easy to find and ideally located to see many of the attractions that North Wales offers. IMPORTANT: When using a Satellite Navigation System please be aware that LL55 2AQ is a rural postcode and does not take you directly to Plas Gwyn Camping & Camping Park. Therefore, when nearing your destination please look for the green & white "Plas Gwyn" sign on the side of the road (A4086) next to our entrance. Just 10 minutes drive from the A55 dual carriageway (Jct 11) Manchester airport: approx. 2 hours Liverpool John Lennon airport: approx. 1.5 hours Holyhead (ferries to Ireland): approx 40 minutes Chester: approx. 1 hour
