Lee Valley Camping and Caravan Park Edmonton enjoys great transport links into central London and is perfect for a getaway near the heart of the city. Discover a range of camping and touring options, including camping pods and cabins.
Have fun onsite with an excellent golf course, bike routes and the Odeon cinema for your entertainment. Get to Liverpool Steet Station in just 40 minutes, and visit popular attractions like London Bridge!
If coming with your tent, there are a great range of pitches to choose from. Backpackers (singular person) are catered for with four pitches, whilst there are ten non electric grass pitches, along with 28 electric grass pitches that also allow tourers too.
Trailer tents, caravans and motorhomes can take their pick. There are 23 grass and 45 hardstanding, and 20 large hardstanding pitches available. Each comes with an electric hook up too!
All electric hooks ups are 10 amp, and all pitches allow up to six guests. There is also an additional RV pitch for the largest tourers which allows those up to 3.5m x 13m, set on hardstanding with an electric hook up too.
For those wanting to travel light, opt for the purpose-built timber cocoons (sleeping two) and cabins (sleeping four). These offer electric, camp beds and a kettle for your morning brew. Please note, bedding is not supplied.
Dogs are very welcome with campers on site, but unfortunately not permitted in camping pods and cabins.
Bring a BBQ with you and you can sizzle up some food in the site`s shared BBQ area, you can even hire a fire pit and BBQ from the site too!
Facilities include a shower and toilet block (including accessible toilets), ironing and laundry facilities plus water points around the site.
There is a site shop, free WiFi available, playground and a cinema with a Costa. A golf course is nearby too, with clubs available to hire from reception, along with a large leisure and athletics complex.
An AA Mini Market is a 15 minute walk away for picking up any essentials. Here you will also find multiple eateries including Ogui Kitchen and Creams and Waffles. Ponders End train station is also a 15 minutes walk away.
The site is within the London Low Emission zone, but the Ponders End train station is a 15 minute walk away.
Within the site is Lee Valley Golf Course, an excellent 18 hole, pay and play course which visitors to the site can use at members prices!
If you want to explore then hop on the public transport and take in the sights and sound of the capital or pull on your trainers and discover the many walking and cycling routes in the Lee Valley.
For that rainy day entertainment take in a film at the Odeon Cinema located within complex, or for those that like to train have a peek at Lee Valley Athletics Centre.

The site is situated within the Lee Valley Leisure Complex hosting an Odeon Cinema, Lee Valley Athletic Centre and Lee Valley Golf Course.
Down the road to the site are also Lee Valley Riding Centre and Lee Valley Ice Centre perfect to get the family moving.
With nearby train stations and bus routes getting into London and enjoying a day out is fast and easy to do.

By car: leave the M25 at junction 25, follow signs for City. At the first set of Traffic lights turn left signposted to Freezywater. Follow signs for Lee Valley Leisure Complex. After roundabout with flags, turn left at 2nd set of lights onto Complex. The campsite can be found to the rear of the Complex. Please note this site is within the London Low Emission Zone and from the 26 August 2023 will be in the ULEZ zone - more information on these zones can be found at www.tfl.gov.uk
By train: The nearest rail stations are Ponders End and Edmonton Green on the Liverpool Street line.
By bus: London Transport W8 service runs to and from the Complex.
