Manor Farm at Catthorpe is a beautiful south-facing site in the heart of the Midlands, overlooking the River Avon Valley.
This pleasant bolt hole makes an ideal place for walks, cycle rides and ambles to the nearby village pubs. Or simply kick back and relax after a day pounding the streets of Coventry, Northampton, Birmingham and Leicester.
With our exceptionally well-connected road network, you can travel from cities to the English countryside very fast!
This field is part of a working farm with an award-winning Farm Shop and Restaurant. We offer the best breakfasts, lunches and cakes around and our farm shop is packed full of produce for you to choose from!
Each Pitch is a generous 9m x 10m.
The washing facilities were new in 2021! There is a double pod each with a shower, loo and basin. One has a hairdryer and both are heated with electric driers. There is also an outside sink for washing-up.
2024 Prices:
£32 per night with an Electric Hook Up
£24 per night no electric
This includes 2 people.
Extra is £5 per adult/child over 2
Gazebo/extra car - £5
PUP tent - £8

Fire pit hire/night with £5 per night
Nearby Attractions
The sleepy village of Catthorpe has many walks and cycle rides and as well as a traditional country pub The Cherry Tree, 200m from the site, there are 3 others within 2 miles.
Nearby attractions include, Rugby School and Museum (10 minutes); Draycote Water (25 minutes), a nearby reservoir great for fishing, sailing and hiking; Foxton Locks on the Grand Union Canal (30 minutes); Armourgeddon (20 minutes), where you and your crew can drive tanks in epic paintball battles.
For those a bit young for such things theres also Drayton Manor Theme Park (40 minutes) with its wide range of age-appropriate rides
