Wheal Vreagh Farm Campsite is a small friendly family run site with 18 pitches for Touring Vans and Camping together with 3 Glamping cabins set in the idyllic countryside triangled between Penzance, Hayle and The Historic Market town of Helston

The beautiful sandy beach of Praa Sands and charming harbour village of Porthleven, providing every day needs and an array of eateries, are only a short drive away.
Over 2 fields we have 18 touring/camping Pitches from £40 per night (July & August £45 per night) per pitch with up to 6 people, all with electric. Picnic Benches are provided on all pitches free of charge for those mild sunny evenings and beautiful clear nights star gazing.
We also have a 3 glamping cabins.
The Snuggery, our fully self-contained cabin has been designed for couples only. Set in a private courtyard it has an open plan living and sleeping area and separate shower/wc room. Outside the granite walled hedges gives privacy for relaxing evenings in the Hot tub.
The Den is fully equipped for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk. Looking over the field sharing with Stargazey Cabin and 5 camping pitches, this makes the ideal stay for larger groups of family and friends
Stargazey, with 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, is a cosy base for exploring our beautiful South West Cornwall. Being adjacent to The Den this makes ideal accommodation for 2 families travelling together. Please note: The Den & Stargazey do not have toilet and shower facilities. These are shared campsite facilities within the field.
Our refurbished Toilet & Shower Block is a hit with our visitors offering 3 showers in each and providing plenty of free hot water.

The beautiful village of Porthleven is only 3 miles away offering all day to day needs including a great choice of places to eat out Whilst the sandy beach of Praa Sands is just over 4 miles away or if the beach is not for you, then Flambards Theme Park at Helston is approx 5 miles away In the beautiful evening sun, why not take a romantic evening walk along the cobbled streets of St Ives approx 13 miles away With so many places to visit, this is the ideal location to be based during your holiday
From Helston town head towards Penzance on A394 At the top of Sithney Common Hill turn right on to B3302 Then take the third turning on the left at x roads signpost Breage & Carleen Proceed 0 25m and Wheal Vreagh Farm Campsite can be found on the left with a large granite wall
From A30 Hayle - At Lidl roundabout turn left signposted Fraddam, continue for approx 3 miles. At the T junction turn left signposted Helston, continue for approx 5 miles, after passing Pengoon Farm on the left, turn right at the X roads signposted Breage & Carleen. Continue for approx .25 miles and Wheal Vreagh Farm Campsite will be seen on your left with a large Granite wall
