Description
This is an adults only site
Pitches: 1 x Pod - 2 x tents

Small, adult only site - perfect for peace and quiet and a connection with nature and wildlife
Plenty of wildlife with flocks of dark bellied Brent Geese during the Autumn and Winter
Direct footpath access to Pagham beach and Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve (20 minute walk)
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this small adult only site, great for escapes to the stunning West Sussex coast. Open throughout the year, its just a five minute drive or a 20 minute walk to Pagham Beach or The Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve.
Tent campers are welcome on the sites two non electric grass tent pitches. The pitches are spread across the three small paddocks to ensure optimum privacy.
For more of a romantic getaway, opt for the cosy glamping pod, Sleeps 2. Measuring 5.4m x 3m and with a double bed,food preparation area & sink it is ideal for couples. Please note bedding is not included, but it can be added for an extra cost.
There is a wind break outside the Pod which doubles as a food prep / cooking area
Fires are allowed, but it is weather dependent and subject to the sites permission.
Your nearest shop will be Co-op or Spar, both a ten minutes walk away. There are three pubs, The Bear Inn, The Lion, The Lamb Inn and The Inglenook hotel Restaurant and Bar all within 15 minutes. Takeaway food options include Qmin Indian and The Jasmine House serving fish and chips and Chinese food. Both within a ten minute walk.

Price per night (minimum two night stay):
Owl Pod: £65 / night
Extras per night: For Pod
Bedding professionally laundered: £12
Pitch your own tent from £15.00 / person per night
A tent and sleeping bags can be hired if required.
SITE RULES & POLICIES
No open flames within pods or tents.
Small open fires by arrangement.
The use of an extension lead from the pods power supply is strictly prohibited.

West Witterings, just a 25 minute drive away, famed for its white sandy beach and fantastic wind and kite surfing.
Chichester (15 minutes) is also a must-visit when staying here. Visit the historic cathedral and admire the Norman and the Gothic architecture, or head to Fishbourne Roman Palace, dating back to 75AD. This is the largest Roman residence north of the Alps. Or, for a more leisurely day out, enjoy exploring the citys cobbled streets and charming pubs.
Goodwood Estate / House, Goodwood racecourse, Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Motor Circuit.(Revival meeting).
