Annstead is a family-run 600-acre working arable and livestock farm situated just yards from miles and miles of undiscovered, unspoiled sandy beaches on the spectacular Northumberland Coast, between the seaside villages of Beadnell and Seahouses.
Literally 3 minutes stroll from your door and you can be on Annstead Beach!
The Lazy Cow - Coffee and Cake trailer situated on the farm, run by our daughter.
We have two sites:
The Walled Garden - Adults Only. Located in the beautifully secluded Walled Garden is an 8 pitch site - all hard standing with 10 amp electric - for caravans, motor homes and camper vans with/without awnings. (No tents or trailer tents allowed) The shared facilities in the Walled Garden itself include a unisex toilet and shower, wash basins and kitchen sink. However, you are also able to use the separate heated male and female shower block and laundry/utility area provided for our other small 23 pitch site a few yards away.
The Farm Site - family friendly - 2-acre grass site next to the farm steading offering 23 pitches, 20 with 16 amp electric. For caravans, motorhomes, campervans, trailer tents & tents.
There are heated ladies and gents facilities consisting of 2 showers, 2 toilets & 3 washbasins in each. Plus outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet and wetsuits.
There is also a utility/laundry area with 2 kitchen sinks, 2 x washing machines, 2 x tumble driers and a small freezer for ice packs.
Showers are included in the pitch fees but coin boxes operate the washing machines and tumble driers (£1 & 20p coins).
There is also 2 x fresh drinking water taps, Elsan and grey waste disposal points in the field.
If you are looking for a simple, yet well maintained site, we might fit the bill. If you are looking for something with bars and children`s play areas I`m afraid we won`t!
Both sites are members only
Annstead also offers 9 high quality holiday cottages, sleeping from 2 up to 6 people

DIRECTIONS TO ANNSTEAD FARM:
From the South - Leave the A1 onto B1340 - follow this road all the way to Beadnell. Annstead Farm is approximately ½ mile past Beadnell Village on the left.
From the North - Leave the A1 onto B1340 - follow this road to Seahouses. Annstead Farm is approximately ½ a mile past Seahouses Village (heading towards Beadnell) on the right.
