On the glinting shore of the Northumbrian coastline, just to the south of Berwick upon Tweed, Pot-A-Doodle Do Glamping Site is filled to the brim with fun and educational excitement for all the family.
We are just a stone`s throw from the beach with magnificent views and lots of open space to run around, explore and have fun.
We are child and dog-friendly with plenty of wigwams and yurts to accommodate your stay. Plus an art studio, two BBQ huts, a shop and restaurant onsite.
We have 24 Standard Wigwams, 20 which can each sleep up to 5 people, and 4 which sleep 3 people. Several of our wigwams are also dog friendly so you can bring up to two dogs each with you to enjoy your glamping experience.
We have two ensuite wigwams with their own shower room complete with toilet and wash hand basin. Sheer luxury for the glamper who likes a few more home comforts. The ensuites are also equipped with their own colour TV with built in DVD player- perfect to catch up with the news, keep the kids amused in the mornings or just chill relax and watch a movie of your choice!
Our Deluxe ensuite wigwam The Grand Canyon has the best views on site!
We have 3 Ensuite Accessible Wigwams which can sleep a party of up to 4 adults or a family of 5 with plenty of space inside for comfort and ease of movement.
Our accessible wigwams are provided as part of our Northumbrian Wigwams Accessibility Project. Thank you to the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development for part funding the project. This was a project to purchase and install three new luxury fully accessible wigwam units with ensuite facilities and associated groundworks.
Each wigwam is insulated and double glazed. Each one has a panel heater to keep you cosy and warm and extra electrical sockets for you own use. You also have a fridge and a kettle.
Inside the wigwam the bench type seating area with thick foam mattresses converts to a wall to wall sleeping area. Outside the wigwam you have your own decking area and picnic table so that you can enjoy sitting outdoors and enjoying the fresh air.
Campfires can be provided for you but these must be prebooked.
Parking is in the designated area close to your wigwam.
Restaurant:
On site we have a few food and beverage options including our licensed restaurant which seats up to 55 people, and our marquee up to 40 people. We serve a superb range of mouth-watering Borewell Breakfasts, mid-morning coffees with homemade scones and cakes, lite bite lunches or an afternoon treat. Come into our restaurant, keep warm by the log burning stove and sample great homemade food at its best!

Fun and educational, children will have a great time at the Pot-a-Doodle-Do indoor activity centre or play at our outside playground.
