Your Holiday at Oakdown Holiday Park starts with a warm welcome from the friendly resident wardens, whose total aim is to help you enjoy your stay and ensure that your holiday runs smoothly. Great care is taken in allocating pitches to satisfy all needs but please remember to book early if you have any particular requirements. WIFI AVAILABLE.
SUMMER HOLIDAYS Our guests have recently praised the Park for ease of access and that we do not have any narrow lanes unlike some of our local competitors, one of our guests recently said that its great that we are near to the A3052 making it convenient to pop into town without the hassle of narrow lane traffic!

We welcome guests with Touring Caravans, Motor Caravans, Tents, Trailer Tents and folding campers who have a choice of either a non-serviced pitch, serviced pitch, or a super-serviced pitch. We also have 3 Barrel Pods, 2 Premier Pods (which are dog friendly) and 2 Shepherd Huts.
Pitches Landscaped into groves, separated with trees and shrubs, Oakdowns pitches are level, closely mown, very generous in size with parking by your unit.
Our centrally positioned play area has lots of play equipment including a large swing, climbing frames/walls and an embankment slide, we've also remembered the little ones and they have their very own play castle! Our pride and joy is a fantastic play tower-this gives hours of play pleasure, all on a modern safety surface.
We have an excellent Shop selling all the bits you may need for your holiday - milk, bread, biscuits, cold meats, fruit / veg and is licensed to sell alcohol - plus various camping essentials.
We also have a cafe which is highly rated on Trip Advisor. They serve a selection of hot and cold freshly cooked foods plus a huge selection of drinks. Tim also makes his own Italian Gelato with flavours changing weekly.

Nearby Attractions
Oakdown is the only Park in Sidmouth with its own pitch and putt. The course is a 9 hole, par 3 course and suitable for all the family.

From M5 junction 30 at Exeter, follow the A3052 eastwards through Newton Poppleford to Sidford. Proceed for another one and a half miles towards Lyme Regis and take the second Weston turning at the Oakdown sign on your right.
