Description
This is an adults only site

We have been called "quirky" and an "oasis" both true. We do not suit all tastes but if you want a small honest Adults only Caravan Park with our Bar "The Best Tin Shed in Shelford" on hand, give us a call.
Dogs are very welcome and free of charge.
We take Motor Homes, Caravans and Campervans,
We are very rural with lots of trees, weeds, lots of birds, bats and butterflies.
Campers enjoy the wildlife and the peace and quiet that is still only 8 miles from Nottingham.
We have 7 hard standings and 16 hook ups. A small, basic but very clean shower block with free hot showers.
Free WiFi is now available - dont get too excited it is Shelford after all but good enough for e-mails and social media.
2024 prices
All prices are per night, for any caravan or motor caravan, plus one car and two people, arrival from 1pm to 8pm, departure 12 noon.
* No commercial vehicles please.
Deposits are £10 per stay with payment in full required 7 days before your stay, both by BACS
We only take advance bookings for 2 nights (3 for Bank Holidays ) at weekends.
Last minute bookings for 1 night can be made the day before when payment by cash or Bank Transfer on arrival will be required.

Perfect for a drink or meal overlooking the river with three establishments offering a very different choice.

Perhaps best known for Lowdham Leisure world for Caravans, Motor Caravans and accessories, David Fullers just past them is also well worth a look.
Radcliffe on Trent
The nearest ‘big village with pubs restaurants supermarkets and takeaways, the free car parks do not have height barriers.
The nearest large supermarket, a Morrisons superstore, is 6 miles away at Gamston, just off the A52 in towards Nottingham.

Owner Directions
We are just off the A52 between Nottingham and Grantham. Turn off at Radcliffe on Trent, go into the village and at the mini rounderbout in front of the Co-op turn onto Shelford Road. Leave Radcliffe and in about 2 miles you will see Shelford down in the valley on your left. Turn left down Shelford Hill and we are just at the bottom on your right.
If using Sat Nav avoid Oatfield Lane and Manor Lane both very narrow. We are best approached through Radcliffe on Trent or Newton.
