Tobermory Campsite, lies only 1.5 miles from Tobermory, and about a 20 minute walk from the centre of the village.
The Campsite has a range of accommodations from motorhome and tent pitches to Shepherd`s Huts and luxury holiday caravans.
A self- service launderette is available for public use in the new Harbour Association building in Tobermory located in the main car park.
The Caravan Park is served by a private spring which is filtered and UV treated. Every caravan and outlet on the campsite has fully drinkable water in every tap.
Campers
We have two tent camping areas. The main camping area is by the side of the burn and sheltered by large, old trees. On this part of the site there is a shelter, with seating, table, electric kettle and information point, There are also electrical sockets which can be used for charging phones etc. This is free to use for campers at their own risk.
As we are a fairly small campsite and do not have marked out pitches it can be difficult to reserve areas and tent pitches are, therefore, on a first come, first served basis and limited advance bookings are taken
Motorhomes / Tourers
We have 16 hook-ups available on hard-standing. Grass pitches are available when the ground is dry enough.
Unfortunately, due to space restrictions we can only accommodate motorhomes up to a maximum of 7.5m.

- Small toilet block with a Ladies and a Gents toilet.
- Shower block with a Ladies and a Gents Shower cubicle and a Ladies and Gents toilet.
- Additional shower block with 2 unisex/family wash rooms with shower, toilet and wash hand basin and one disabled friendly shower room.
- Dishwashing sink
- Electric hook-ups (for motorhome use only)
- Chemical disposal point (for residents use only)
- Waste water disposal (for residents use only)
- Fresh water (for residents use only)
- Recycling-point
Dogs welcome - must be on leads at all times in the campsite
Nearby Attractions
Tobermory is only 1.5 miles from the campsite and 10 miles from the beautiful beach at Calgary, passing the picturesque Mishnish Lochs on the way.
Tobermory has pubs, restaurants, a Co-op supermarket, and many lovely shops.
It is also a good starting point for boat trips and wildlife excursions.
