Description
This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only. It also has a separate area for tents, non members welcome.

Fosfelle Country House is the perfect place for a holiday be for families or just a romantic get away.
Set in Hartland on the North Devon Coast with its dramatic coastline and rolling hills away from all the hustle and bustle of the world.
Our site comes complete with our on site menagerie of Goats, Chickens, Ducks, 2 Miniature Donkeys and our Alpacas who spend most of their time roaming freely around the camping paddock.
Our Caravan and Motorhome Pitches: We have 5 pitches all of which enjoy hard standing, picnic tables, water and electricity. There is a hot tub on site which can be booked for a small fee. The caravan area is peaceful and it is only a 10 minute walk to the nearby village of Hartland. Please note we only accept septic tank friendly waste (Green)
Toilet and Shower Pods: There is an on-site shower and toilet provided in our quirky Hobbit Huts for use by our guests. The shower takes tokens which can be obtained from reception for £1
On site we also have a small children`s play area, a games room and hot tub (which we ask guests to book so that use is private) as well as e-bikes for hire.
Our camping field we like to keep quiet so we only have a small number of pitches which are serviced by our quirky hobbit hut shaped Shower and toilet.
Cottages: We have a range of 2 and 3 bed self catering holiday cottage and apartments. Our Cottages are all part of a converted stone barn which is located on the courtyard opposite Reception, our cottages are dog friendly and we have secure parking available for bikes by prior arrangement. All of our cottages have access to our hot tub
Bertrams Hotel : A converted red double decker bus which sleeps 4/5. Agatha Christie themed, it is a favourite of young and old with accommodation comprising of a downstairs shower room, seating area with 2 single beds to the rear. Upstairs comprises a seating area, kitchenette and a double bed area. Bertram is situated near to the bottom of the paddock with its own fenced outdoor sitting area. Guests are often visited by the 3 alpacas and 2 mini donkeys as they graze their days away.
Joseph Multi-Colour Dream Coach: In an array of colours in keeping with its name, Joseph is a converted coach which sleeps 2. This is a romantic option with the usual comforts of a shower room, kitchen and seating area. Joseph is situated at the top end of the paddock overlooking the site which affords a great view of the other glamping/camping areas. It has its own outdoor sitting space and is visited by our donkeys, namely Costello and Flatley and alpacas, Horizon and Oklahoma.
We are also lucky to have on site lakes which provide coarse fishing (these are currently under renovation which we hope to have up and running soon)
In addition to a post office and general store, the village boasts 3 good pubs which all provide excellent meals and are dog friendly.
Nearby Attractions
Hartland Village is just 10 minutes walk from the property with its 3 pubs, which all serve good food, its coffee shop, British Legion the post office and Village store. All of which are dog friendly.
Hartland quay is 2 miles away with its fantastic views (particularly good at sunset) and its beach.
We are approximately 20 mins from Bude and Bideford and there is public transport from the village to both.
The Milky way, Clovelly and the south west coastal path are particularly popular with our visitors and are well worth stopping by.

Owner Directions
To find us Follow the A39 Atlantic Highway and take the 2nd turning to Hartland. Follow the Fosfelle Country House signs.
There is a White post with a light at the top which would will see on the right before the Fosfelle sign at the start of our drive. When you come down our drive take the right hand fork and go through the gate. if you can find somewhere to pull over and then ring the bell at reception where we will greet you and show you to your pitch.
